RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Trinket Solo products may be returned providing that they are unused and in their original condition along with its order number within 14 days of order receipt for either a refund or exchange. As our tufted pieces are made to order, unfortunately they can not be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
If you wish to make a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number along with your proof of purchase and reason for return. If you believe your item is faulty, please include any images of the item to meet the description. Then we will instruct you on how to return your item to us.
Trinket Solo will not be responsible for return shipping unless an item is deemed faulty and this charge will be refunded to you.
Any bespoke or custom made items are final sale, and cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
Trinket Solo cannot be liable for any return parcels that are lost. We recommend returning your items using a registered mail service.
